Illumination Foundation's Chef’s Table is presented by the Disneyland® Resort and hosted in The Disneyland® Hotel Grand Ballroom.

The event brings together 40 acclaimed chefs and restaurants who cook table-side to create a 5-course dinner for their guests. This unique and collaborative experience allows our guests to see the chefs in action, and the creative format gives attendees an opportunity to interact with "their" chef as these amazing meals are being prepared.

Chef’s Breakfast at The Disneyland® Hotel • Monday, February 26, 2024

This pre-event gathering gives us a chance to thank our chefs and ensure your team is set up for a smooth (and fun!) event experience. You will have an opportunity to tour the back of house kitchen, prep areas, and loading dock, as well as see sample equipment generously provided by the Disneyland Hotel for your use at no cost.


Chef’s Table Gala at The Disneyland® Hotel • Sunday, March 24, 2024

All of our restaurants are asked to prepare and serve of a 5-course dinner with libation pairings for a table of up to 12 guests. Any dietary requests or allergies will be communicated to your team in advance. The event begins at 4:30 p.m. but restaurants should plan to arrive between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. to load in supplies and make final preparations.


Tablescape Décor

We ask that you provide a centerpiece and tablescape design that highlights your restaurant in a creative way. Our guests are very appreciative of the special touches and details that make the evening memorable such as menu cards, favors, samples, and swag bags. We encourage creativity and you may consider sending them home with something to commemorate their incredible evening. There will also be a Tablescape Competition and the winning restaurant will receive a special prize!

Marketing & Media

Each restaurant and chef will have the opportunity to be featured in our event program, website, social media and our unique Chef's Table Restaurant Guide. In order to ensure all of our restaurants and chefs are properly highlights, you will be asked to submit the following marketing assets in advance.

  • Chef's name and title as you would like it to appear

  • Chef's bio and headshot

  • Restaurant logo and description

  • 2-3 "must-try" items with descriptions and a high-resolution photo of each

  • 5-6 high-resolution photos of restaurant or menu items
