Motel Family Outreach
Benefit to the Community
The Motel Family Outreach provides case management and vital social service connections to families living in motels
2011 Goals
- Serve 200 motel families with case management and mental health services
Program Strategies
- Ensure that families living in motels with children 0-5 are receiving weekly case management and appropriate community referrals
- Connect families to medical services, behavioral health counseling, job counseling, financial literacy, tutoring and life skills classes
- Organize outreach and collaboration events to connect motel families with valuable resources
